Great tasting coffee! I lovr that some of their profits go to freeing enslaved families in Pakistan.

I am not a coffee expert, but so many coffees I get are bitter and taste, I never really realized what it was, but they have a rancid aftertaste. Zion is rich and deep flavored but there no horrid aftertaste. I love so much about this company, being able to truly enjoy the coffee and being confident it is mold free is wonderful.

Out of multiple beans from Tenboom, this was my favorite beans. One word, smooth.

Pleasant start to the morning - pleasant taste and on the stomach.
I prepare it as an espresso with steamed milk which really brings out the chocolate/caramel notes. The medium roast preserves those rich flavors. Not harsh like a darker roast. A quality coffee from Columbia that did not disappoint.

Wife didn’t like it hot but as cold brew was very smooth.

Very solid Ethiopian coffee. Good enough that it will likely be my every morning first cup. Bright, clean, with fruit undercurrents. I'n getting ready in the next day or two to try out the special reserve SCA88 Ethiopian as a comparison.
