How to Manage My Coffee Subscription

Fulfillment/Shipping Time

Our online store is open 24/7! All of our coffee is Roasted-To-Order and typically ships in 3-5 business days from ordering. Orders are shipped through USPS, which means they should arrive within 2 to 4 business days after shipping. This helps ensure that your coffee comes at PEAK freshness after being roasted!

All our merch is shipped separately through a 3rd party vendor and shipping times generally takes 7-10 days for arrival.

Are you a non-profit 501(c)(3)?

We're a for-profit coffee roaster based in Nashville, TN. Although we're not a 501(c)(3) non-profit ourselves, we support various non-profits through our “tithing” donation model where we give 10% of each sale to our partner organizations.

Are you related to the ten Boom family?

No, we are not related to the ten Boom family.

While Corrie was in the US traveling and preaching in the latter half of her life, she was adopted in by our mama Fran and papa Mike and became a part of our family passing down not only some of her personal belongings but also her impactful stories and legacy.

We are dedicated to preserving and honoring the life and legacy of Corrie by continuing to share her stories and embodying her values in our world today. We want to inspire a new generation of individuals who, like Corrie, champion love, truth, and shine the light of Christ in amidst the darkness of the world.

What is specialty coffee?

Specialty coffee refers to high-quality coffee beans that score 80 points or above on a 100-point scale, highlighting their exceptional flavors and characteristics. These beans undergo meticulous cultivation, hand-picking, and small-batch roasting, ensuring top-notch quality. The higher prices of specialty coffee result from labor-intensive processes, sustainable and fair trade practices, and the transparency of origin and production methods. Paying more for specialty coffee supports quality, sustainability, and ethical standards in the coffee industry while offering a unique and superior coffee experience.

Here at Ten Boom, all of our coffee is specialty coffee! We want to provide the best quality coffee that is ethically sourced for all of customers to enjoy and feel good with each sip.

What does organically grown mean?

Organically grown means that our coffee is grown and processed using no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Working with Agrocafe means that we get our hands in the soil and are able to provide coffee from our own farms, to your cup! This means we control the farming practices and the relationships with our farmers! No toxins. No pesticides. No added chemicals.

Is the coffee grown in Israel?

In short, our coffee is not grown in Israel. Our friends at Agrocafe are headquartered in Israel and use special Israeli technology to help coffee farmers around the world. Our coffee is grown in countries such as Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, and much more! We do however have a small coffee plantation in the Valley of Elah in Israel that is being used as an experiment for the technology.
