First, you want to make sure you have an account with us! You do this by accessing the customer account in the top right hand corner of the home page. From there, you click create account. Make sure when you create your account, you use the SAME email address that you used to purchase your subscription. Once created, you will activate it through the activation email, and BOOM! All you do is sign in, click “manage subscriptions” and you can change, edit, cancel, or add to your subscription! It’s that easy!

In short, our coffee is not grown in Israel. Our friends at Agrocafe are headquartered in Israel and use special Israeli technology to help coffee farmers around the world. Our coffee is grown in countries such as Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, and much more! We do however have a small coffee plantation in the Valley of Elah in Israel that is being used as an experiment for the technology.
Specialty coffee is coffee that is scored as an 84+ in the global coffee rankings. These scores are a reflection based on the quality of the coffee. Here at Ten Boom, all of our coffee is specialty coffee! We want to provide the best quality coffee for all of our friends to drink.
Yes! This is the very reason we founded Ten Boom Coffee! To give back to our communities and to do good. On top of supporting the coffee growers we work with, we also donate 10% of every bag purchased!

Organically grown means that our coffee is grown and processed using no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Working with Agrocafe means that we get our hands in the soil and are able to provide coffee from our own farms, to your cup! This means we control the farming practices and the relationships with our farmers! No toxins. No pesticides. No added chemicals.
Our online store is open 24/7! All of our coffee is Roasted-To-Order and typically ships in 3-5 business days from ordering. Orders are shipped through USPS, which means they should arrive within 2 to 4 business days after shipping. This helps ensure that your coffee comes at PEAK freshness after being roasted!
All our merch is shipped separately through a 3rd party vendor and shipping times generally takes 7-10 days for arrival.
