Everything you'd expect from a quality Ethiopian, natural process.
Fruity aroma, and nice notes of spice and cacao. There is a very nice complexity to the mouth feel of this coffee, at first it's bright/light, quickly giving way to a syrupy feel. A mighty cup is Valor!
