The Light Blend is the perfect blend for me because it is creamy and smooth just as the description says. I tried two medium roasts, but landed on The LIght for my taste. Beautifully roasted,it is hard to find a flavorful decaf that isn’t over roasted. This is not too dark which I appreciate since I am a light roast fan. Nice and smooth with body and great flavors. It is my new favorite decaf!

Zion Colombia coffee is some of the best tasting fresh roasted coffee I've ever had. When it arrives via USPS, it is always within three days of being roasted as the date of roast is written on the bag. Besides receiving great coffee, I'm giving to a great cause with Ten Boom ministry.

We receive both Zion and Casper whole bean coffee and love both! The beans are so fresh always and aroma is so wonderful. A great cup of coffee enjoyed every morning
