Our son drinks coffee every day and I eagerly gifted him a bag of Casper coffee beans. He said his Casper coffee was delicious!! Before drinking Ten Boom coffee I had to intentionally cut back to drinking coffee only once per week because weaning from caffeine in the past caused me severe headaches. However; I was very interested in trying Ten Boom coffee because of your description of your roasting process and your missions. I ordered beans and made a Sunday cup of pour over coffee made from Ten Boom Light Blend coffee beans - and I had no ill effect!! Can you explain that? It was wonderful!!

Love it!!! Best Coffee I've ever had! Dark roast has less caffeine, so that's less jitters! It tastes so smooth and delicious! I don't add any creamer either! Just get it! You're gonna love it too!

This is my first bag of whole bean Zion. I grind it fresh every morning. This is the best cup of coffee I’ve experienced since grinding and brewing my own! I will definitely look forward to a bag coming each month!

Watch maker is one of our 3 favorites, along with Honey Roast and Valor. When I opened the bag of Watch maker I could smell mild, smokey, cocoa; The first sip revealed a completely smooth, non-bitter, but flavorful cup. To me, Watch maker is a classic daily drinker. It's a great cup to return to and reset your coffee pallet, especially when you need a break from dark, spicy, or fruity coffees.
