I prefer very dark coffee, but this is still tasty.

I never knew "mold-free coffee" was even a thing until my dietitian suggested I cut back on coffee and choose a mold-free brand. I first tried a well-known brand and honestly didn't enjoy it, I figured that was just the price of eating healthier.

Then I saw Ten Boom Coffee on Facebook. Having long admired Corrie ten Boom after reading *The Hiding Place*, the name immediately caught my attention. After the very first sip, I knew this was different. It was smooth, rich, and full of flavor, everything I enjoy in a great cup of coffee. It's reassuring to know I don't have to sacrifice taste to make a healthier choice. I'm so glad I gave it a try!
