I’m so impacted by this coffee. I love that I’m drinking coffee with such a huge impact. It's especially the fact that I get to reflect on the impact the Ten Boom family made every time I brew this coffee. Fixing coffee at home, I have had a tendency to buy one very large bag of beans, drinking the same coffee year in, year out. The Light, Zion, and Casper bundle surprises my taste buds when I rotate the grinds. I am feeling spoiled by having options daily. I tend to lean toward a medium roast, but the dark roast is flavorful, not acidic; and the light is tasty, not weak.
